Wayne Fisher
Managing and founding member of BDI Investigations, Wayne Fisher is responsible for the day to day operations.
Wayne served in the South African Police for 17 years, both within the uniform branch (Dog Unit) and Detective Branches where he was involved in the investigation of all cases types ranging from minor thefts to major theft and fraud cases and murders, receiving many awards and commendations before joining the private sector as a Fraud Investigator for a large well known insurance company.
He thereafter ventured into the Security industry where he held the Position of Client Services Manager at one of the large well known Security Companies in South Africa where he was responsible for the maintaining of the Security within 13 Shopping Centres in and around the Durban area, supervising and controlling approximately 220 Security Officers.
Wayne again ventured into the investigative environment as a Forensic Investigator within a well-known Forensic Accounting and Investigation Company where he conducted numerous investigations both within the public and private sectors.
In 2009 Wayne established BDI Investigations.
Wayne has valuable experience in interviewing and questioning techniques, the investigation of crime, gathering of evidence and presenting of evidence in court.
Wayne has completed a number of courses within the South African Police Service, including the South African Police Detective Course, as well as within the insurance security sectors and also has a Forensic Auditing & Criminal Justice qualification from the University of Kwazulu Natal.
