Assessment
Our risk assessment and management service is divided into a three-phase progression:
Phase 1: Audit Process
In this phase we conduct a survey where we assess, and focus on identifying those areas that affect the clients actual and potential risks, which are vulnerable to internal and external losses due to theft, fraud and organised crime etc.
Phase 2: Development of a risk management plan
In this phase we develop an effective risk management plan to improve nternal controls, policies and procedures.
Phase 3: Implementation and testing of the plan
In this phase we assess and test the plan with the purpose of improving areas that require further improvements in order to achieve the necessary results.
Project Co ordination
We will assist and advise the client on the best solution, service or product to select, if required ensuring that the costs are relevant to the nature of the risk where after we will coordinate and manage this development stage.
